Clinics, Lessons, Confidence Building

Greetings from San Acacia, New Mexico. This historic schoolhouse is the home of ARA.

Like any athletic activity, practice makes perfect.

Confidence grows through time in the saddle, tackling new terrain, overcoming interesting challenges for you and your horse.

One of the most common desires we hear from horse lovers, and horse owners, is how they wish they had more opportunities to saddle up and improve their skills.

Which is why you need to pay us a visit!

Stay for the day or make it a week. We offer clinics and lessons all year long.

Join us as we explore scenic New Mexico backcountry, on what we call Empowerment Trail Rides. Challenging terrain, with hands-on instruction, designed to help you build stronger skills and easy communication with your horse.

ARA horses are world class athletes able to teach you all kinds of new skills. (Our instructors are pretty good at this, too.)

We’ll have you crossing rivers, navigating hills and rocky descents. You’ll come away from this fun, safe, ‘working vacation’ feeling more empowered than you ever thought possible.

ARA Clinics will help you experience what it feels like to be in control of your horse – and any situation that arises.
